Broken Piston
This customer brought in their large medical supply truck because it was making knocking noises. We're surprised they could drive it here... when we diagnosed the problem it turned out to be an obliterated piston! The piston is so damaged that it essentially melted and fragmented away, yet amazingly this engine kept going. We replaced the broken engine with a used one in much better condition.
